second time I've rented at an extra space storage, never again. first time my rent increased 2x after about a year of renting with them. this time the jump was 54% after 3 months. I wish I could call these people every name in the book but Yelp won't post this review if I do. people need to know. go elsewhere
Horrible staff. My place got broken into and took almost everything. I think it was an inside job to be honest , because the staff new I didn't have the insurance on it. To clean of a job and took their sweet time to go through all my stuff . Poor security. Will never use again.

ROBBERY!!! I had an inside storage unit which was broken into. Some of my valuable possessions were stolen. I had only been renting the unit for less than two months. My lock was removed and replaced with another lock. It's a disgrace that Extra Space Storage which generates millions, if not billions of dollars, refuses to place cameras inside. I rented from this at the beginning of 2020; it's only been a few months and my storage unit was broken into and replaced with a lock that wasn't mine. All of my sons stuff was stolen. When I asked the person that worked here about it, they said it's been going on for the past two months through the unit that I was renting. Please make sure to BUY INSURANCE if you want to put your stuff in this place! That's the sales representative woman said in the front office I remember before we rent this place! Then, after 9 months, she's right! All our stuffs are gone! Wohooo!

Their motto is first month is free!! Of course coz all my stuff also gone. Can't believe they don't have cameras inside the hall. Please be careful ppl, put at least 10 locks!! Unfortunately you didn't give me the contact name to talk to so when I tried to call and I explained to hiimwhat happened he was confused. The service here sucks to say the least. We just signed up to get the unit on Saturday and I should have went with my first gut feeling. There's a sign stating that the first month is free but said we could not get the first month free because it was his last unit in that size. When I asked if he had other units available if the first month free would apply he said no. After I posted my first review, I got an email from the manager saying that after talking with his superior, they would give another lock and I could either pick it up or they could send it to me by certified mail. I was staying out of town and could not pick it up, so I told them to send it to me by certified mail and not to charge my card for this as it's nothing I should have had to get in the first place. i love the couple managing this location. they are the friendliest ever BUT : - the uneven concrete is so scary to drive on. - buildings are confusing & they dont give out maps - their other customers are inconsiderate ignoramuses & park in the middle of the road.
