If I could give this location less then a one star, I would. The new manager is very unprofessional and is not good with conflict resolution. I did not have any problems until the new Mgr started working there 4 months ago. He doesn't treat the customer, like a customer. I had too, contact the Corporate office in order to resolve the issue. And he tried to interfere with that process as well. Again, very unprofessional and demonstrated no customer relations skills.

Am extremely upset. The gate door open becaus I was given a code noons Roos me I also needed an extra code to access the building and here' I am stuck with a loaded truck

I called in the morning and by an hour i had a unit. It was clean and ready to use. I love their communication style to their clients. If highly recommended Extra space storage.

My unit was broken into and everything was taken. The lock was replaced with another lock that can be purchased there in the office. The response I got was as long as there is a lock on it they assume it's fine. This isn't good enough OBVIOUSLY. Where's the protection they claim is so important? Why are there no surveillance cameras inside the hallways???Why don't they notify tenants at f there's a break in reported? second time I've rented at an extra space storage, never again. first time my rent increased 2x after about a year of renting with them. this time the jump was 54% after 3 months. I wish I could call these people every name in the book but Yelp won't post this review if I do. people need to know. go elsewhere

Horrible staff. My place got broken into and took almost everything. I think it was an inside job to be honest , because the staff new I didn't have the insurance on it. To clean of a job and took their sweet time to go through all my stuff . Poor security. Will never use again.

ROBBERY!!! I had an inside storage unit which was broken into. Some of my valuable possessions were stolen. I had only been renting the unit for less than two months. My lock was removed and replaced with another lock. It's a disgrace that Extra Space Storage which generates millions, if not billions of dollars, refuses to place cameras inside. I rented from this at the beginning of 2020; it's only been a few months and my storage unit was broken into and replaced with a lock that wasn't mine. All of my sons stuff was stolen. When I asked the person that worked here about it, they said it's been going on for the past two months through the unit that I was renting. I asked him if they had caught the guy he said the person that was stealing was no longer there..let me say something, I understand it is not the storage space responsibility of tenants items but they sho... read more

Please make sure to BUY INSURANCE if you want to put your stuff in this place! That's the sales representative woman said in the front office I remember before we rent this place! Then, after 9 months, she's right! All our stuffs are gone! Wohooo!
