I recommend this Extra Space Storage location. John helped me get a storage space at the last minute with no hassle and very low price. I was able to move in same day and process was smooth. I'm a very busy person so loved the quick response and Information. John is the best. Plus, this location is clean and super convenient.

Assistant manager Jeremy is attentive and helpful. Definitely customer service mindset. He was able to get my unit asap and didn't push to hard on a sale which I appreciated. Many times these reps can be pushy and he wasn't. He had a good inviting energy and still made it happen!

Business response:

Ce, we are so happy to hear that Jeremy could accommodate you and provide a smooth rental experience. Thank you so much for choosing Extra Space Storage! Our team is here to serve you, so give us a call at 888-storage if you need any future assistance.

John - the local manager is wonderful and accommodating! He took care of us over the past 6 months. Initial setup was easy and flawless, he runs a tight ship and his staff are friendly as well. He help prorate our unit to give us an extra couple of days to allow our movers to schedule the move out! Highly recommended. Just call before you arrive so they can take care of you

We used this location for storing my late mother's things. We were beyond lucky to get to work with John who was nothing but kind, helpful, and consistently reliable the entire time we had the unit. They just upgraded the doors, and it was so nice to have a great unit super close. Highly recommend!!!

Helpful staff, very clean storage area. Just don't like that they keep raising the prices. Other than that the place is great.

We often adjust our customers' rental rates to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, secure facility.
