John - the local manager is wonderful and accommodating! He took care of us over the past 6 months. Initial setup was easy and flawless, he runs a tight ship and his staff are friendly as well. He help prorate our unit to give us an extra couple of days to allow our movers to schedule the move out! Highly recommended. Just call before you arrive so they can take care of you

We used this location for storing my late mother's things. We were beyond lucky to get to work with John who was nothing but kind, helpful, and consistently reliable the entire time we had the unit. They just upgraded the doors, and it was so nice to have a great unit super close. Highly recommend!!!

Helpful staff, very clean storage area. Just don't like that they keep raising the prices. Other than that the place is great.

I have had many storage units at multiple locations and companies in all my years and let me tell you what... I have never seen a awesome team like Laurie and Jesse at this Extra Space Storage in Walnut!
