My wife and I were obliged to have our possessions put into storage while we were visiting my wife's elderly and ailing parents across country (That's a whole other story in and of itself). Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were not able to retrieve our (packed-by-someone-else) things for two years. Providing storage isn't all that difficult. You sign up, they give you a code, tell you the availability hours. You move in and out. However, today the storage facility was resurfacing the drive in area of their main floor. The email they sent, and signs on the closed doors, indicated that we had until 6pm for entry. I showed up at a few minutes after 5pm and they were already closed. They had done the resurface work way before 6pm. BEWARE! Do not rent from here or this company. They pulled a bait and switch tactics on me. If I can give this place a lower score, I would since it is deserving of the lowest score possible! I worked with the facility manager, and she offered me a discounted rate since I was guaranteeing her that I would need a unit for a year minimum to two years due to a temporary work relocation project.
