Do not store your stuff here unless you want to your property stolen, the front gate is always open for anyone to walk in! We have asked them to hand over tapes to review and they continue to give us the run around even with the insurance we purchased

CAPITALIZING OFF OF COVID AND RAISING RENT!!!!! I have been renting from this company a storage space at Buffalo Road. in Las Vegas for a few years and the people who work their are always really nice, efficient and the facility is always kept pretty neat. My only complaints were the poorly sealed units so debris and dust would blow inside and cover my stuff, especially if you have an outside unit so I moved my stuff to an inside one and although they advertise as being air cooled, the air conditioning doesn't work well it... read more

**Renters Beware** After less than a year here with increased rent, my storage unit was broken into with valuables stolen. The facility manager reported only 2 break-ins in last 60 days and said the facility is safe given the all the homelessness and random rif raft people wondering inside on skateboards despite having no business there at all. Do not trust this location! They Romi and manager lied to me. First they quoted me a price of $82 for a 5x5. Then they called me back and said they had a special for $62. I called to confirm the $62.00 price and spoke with a woman at the location and she confirmed the 62.00 price on the phone. I told her we would be in shortly. We showed up and she (an older woman with bleached hair)tells me that it's not $62.00. It's $82.00. After I had called 30 minutes prior to confirm the $62.00 rate for the 5x5. Wow I was happy I found affordable storage. Then I get a surprise on my bill the prices went up ! Over $50 !! No warning! Not happy! Looking for a new place .

They increased the price twice during the 14 months I was renting a storage unit there. They make you feel like you are getting a good deal at the beginning but the rates will constantly go up and if you have alot of stuff there, you end up just paying because it's too much of a hassle to move. They know this and take advantage of it. I think it's a shady tactic so i terminated my lease. The place itself is nice, seems safe and is clean. Other than the price gouging, I didn't have any other problems.

The entrance and exit gates never work and rent is expensive. The gates should be working with the price we pay. It's being over 9 months that they are having this problem and are unable to fix it. They raise the rent and we pay it but they aren't doing their part. I will post pictures later.

The management at this property need to improve the way they handle tenants and carry out any property maintenance so to not disturb the day to day of the tenants, some of which start their day very early. The last thing they need is to be told they can't get their equipment because of some paint job that can be taken care of on either a weekend or outside regular business hours when there is less foot traffic. Communication is lacking. Professional demeanor is also scarce from the employees at this property.
