A very reliable storage facility! I got a deal when I signed up for one so it was worth it but I think depending on the market they change the rates! Which is normal and understandable. It is pretty secure. There's a gate for both exit and entrance that you need your specialized code for and you can't access the 2nd floor without one either. When it's not busy like a weekday morning or evening, there's usually trolleys readily available. However if you come on a weekend, you'll find yourself lifting your stuff. Facility it... read more

Elke, the store manager, is super friendly and responsive. Elke was able to respond all my questions and valued my time which is great. The storage unit prices were great, the building is in good shape and clean, and the whole process of moving in was a breeze! Highly recommend to check in with Elke if you want good service!

The staff at this storage facility are very helpful and welcoming. I had all my questions answered quickly and the process for renting a space was efficient. Brian gave us a tour of the facility and our unit. He was very informative and courteous. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

I'm going to through a lot of changes in my living situation and getting quite obsessive researching about different storage options, like sizes or security features. With obsession comes indecision. Elke is very calm, easy to talk to, and, most importantly, knowledgable. She efficiently helped me deciding on a solution that fits my situation. Great customer service. The people there are really nice and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location to find storage especially if you're a college student attending San Jose State University!!!

Elga (Elke?) helped us set up our unit after we did the reservation and contract process online. Our space was exactly as expected, and the entire premises has been clean each time we have accessed the unit. The staff on hand was following COVID protocols, and the system for accessing the storage area feels very secure and safe. Elga was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions right away.

Great communication and kind people! I had one storage space but needed to move my small business to a temporary location. Having the first one small storage space working a really nice man that showed be around and the kindest women helped me upgrade to a large unit! Thank you!
