The staff at this storage facility are very helpful and welcoming. I had all my questions answered quickly and the process for renting a space was efficient. Brian gave us a tour of the facility and our unit. He was very informative and courteous. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

The staff at this location go above & beyond! Really appreciated Brian Williams' help reserving a storage unit. He provided a detailed walk through, tour, & made me feel comfortable/secure storing my belongings here.

I'm going to through a lot of changes in my living situation and getting quite obsessive researching about different storage options, like sizes or security features. With obsession comes indecision. Elke is very calm, easy to talk to, and, most importantly, knowledgable. She efficiently helped me deciding on a solution that fits my situation. Great customer service. The people there are really nice and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location to find storage especially if you're a college student attending San Jose State University!!!

Elga (Elke?) helped us set up our unit after we did the reservation and contract process online. Our space was exactly as expected, and the entire premises has been clean each time we have accessed the unit. The staff on hand was following COVID protocols, and the system for accessing the storage area feels very secure and safe. Elga was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions right away.

Great communication and kind people! I had one storage space but needed to move my small business to a temporary location. Having the first one small storage space working a really nice man that showed be around and the kindest women helped me upgrade to a large unit! Thank you!

Had a unit here before moving to a different storage facility...I regret moving. Hours are the best around (6AM-9:30PM) and it was always really clean! I remember Elke and David because they were incredibly helpful whenever I went in and provided a warm feeling to a usually dull place. I won't say they are the cheapest around, but my stuff felt secure there and it's worth a little extra to store stuff here. I went cheap and I got what I pay for :(
Elke was amazing on customer service, she made sure I got the right unit, walked me to each one, until I found the perfect one. She also made sure I had the best deal, great place!
