Had a unit here before moving to a different storage facility...I regret moving. Hours are the best around (6AM-9:30PM) and it was always really clean! I remember Elke and David because they were incredibly helpful whenever I went in and provided a warm feeling to a usually dull place. I won't say they are the cheapest around, but my stuff felt secure there and it's worth a little extra to store stuff here. I went cheap and I got what I pay for :(
Elke was amazing on customer service, she made sure I got the right unit, walked me to each one, until I found the perfect one. She also made sure I had the best deal, great place!
The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and properly ventilated. It's also very secure with surveillance cameras everywhere and alarms on every storage unit, so you don't have to worry about your belongings getting damaged or stolen. Another thing I like about this place is that it's fully enclosed. Other storage places you have to load/unload while exposed to the elements. Excellent service. I was in the middle of moving, called on a whim to put some stuff in storage and was in and out within an hour. Plus, the first month is free! The process was very easy and the staff very friendly.

I needed a temporary storage unit while transitioning between homes, so I checked out Extra Space's website. It was a snap to reserve a unit online, and they even sent me a 20% discount code for a Budget rental truck. Checking in took about twenty minutes and I was set. They have free dolly rentals in the office, an onsite restroom, and an elevator for second floor units - all of which were very useful accommodations. We decided to lease a space here right after Christmas. We needed a space to store our seasonal items like Halloween and Christmas decorations amongst a few other things that are just taking up too much room in our basement locker at our condominium complex. The process was hassle-free. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it is VERY clean! We feel safe and secure with our stuff being stored here.
