The best thing about Extra Space Storage are the two friendly faces you see at the front desk; Elke and David. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. We love that we can make arrangements for using the carts after hours to help move our stuff.

I work for a marketing company and require storage units all over the country. We have 2 units at Extra Storage Space at 720 N 10th St. in San Jose and is looking for another one, Elke helped me through EVERYTHING. I've never found a more helpful individual ever! The facility is clean, staff is great, I also feel a lot safer with them managing my units. Honestly, when we were first looking for a storage location, we were reluctant to get a storage place that was near Downtown SJ. However, to our suprise, the Extra Storage Space on 10th street is very new, clean, spacious, lots of customers coming in and out, and very accessible. Customer service is 5 star. Friendly and efficient service, reasonable rates, month to month leases available, gate access well into the evening, and the cleanest facility out of any I've checked out. I'd recommend them without any reservation.

I had to find storage for my dad's house while he is relocating. David from extra space storage was extremely helpful setting up my unit over the phone, registering me the day of, facilitating access for the movers, and was just overall a helpful kind person. I sat in the office on and off for three hours while the movers artfully stacked the unit. The facilities are very clean and I feel safe storing my fathers belongings there.

Wow, cameras, alarms, helpful staff... Nice! Plenty of carts to use when moving your stuff. Easy to get to location. Great hours.

Really, really happy with this Extra Space Storage location. The building is brand new, the people are fantastically helpful, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.
