I've had a unit here for almost a year now, and have absolutely nothing but a great experience always. Not one complaint at all honestly.. Everyone has always been super friendly; all of the units along with the facility itself is always maintained and clean; the gate hours are reasonable and are open later than most storages around, which is always nice; There's an on site manager 24 hrs, so your unit is always safe; and the prices are by far the best around, as far as the general location. When life throws you a 'move right now" curve ball, this is a home run!! I am happy to say that I just rented a unit from Keith, the assistant manager. He was so professional, amicable, & helpful & took great care to fit my requested criteria perfectly! He lives on property so there is 24 hour surveillance here. I've had my belongings stored for two years now and I absolutely love this place! It's clean and I feel secure when I come and go, as well as my things being safely stored. The staff is great! Always answer any questions I have and help me right away. Keith is wonderful he goes above and beyond. He is so friendly and considerate. Thank you!

This is the second time I've needed storage. I came back to the same place. The staff is fantastic. On-site manager keeps the place clean and safe. I rented a space too large and they were kind enough to let me downsize and carried over the additional savings from the larger unit. If you need to store your stuff this is the place you want to go.

I've had a few storage units at Extra Space Storage, the last two at the Huntington Beach location. I recently sold my house and needed to store all of my belongings while I waited for my new home to close escrow. I went to the office and Sarah worked with me to find the right size unit at the best price so that I could consolidate instead of paying for 2 units. She is very pleased with this location as well as the customer service she recently received from Keith. If Keith and this facility is Mom approved, well then you know it's a good business! Keith and Warren are so nice and extremely helpful! I just lost my mother and she had a unit with them, they were so kind when they found out she had passed and extremely understanding. I live out of state and had to wait 45 days after her passing to come back to town for something else. I had a terrible experience with another storage unit place and was so scared I was going to have a similar experience with them.... I am so glad they were nothing like the other place.
