We had a great experience at Extra Space Storage. We're renting a covered space parking for our travel trailer. The storage facility and grounds are very clean, The rental fee is very reasonable compared to other storage businesses. Manager Ms Freda Kindred was super friendly, kind, professional and very helpful. She has a great personality. Thank you Ms. Freda. We highly recommend this facility in Lake Elsinore. Pat A

Freda Is Amazing! Any time I've had an issue with Payment she's ALWAYS there to work with me! Times are tough but she cares and is a great Manager! The absolute Best! VERY VERY VERY CLEAN Storage! Would recommend! Thank you Freda!

Highly recommend this facility. Clean and bright, easy to access from the freeway. Freda, the manager was not only friendly, but also went above and beyond to help me get into an accommodating space. Excellent customer service!

After shopping around a bit this was def the best priced online! Freda is awesome and super informative. Be prepared you can't organize your space after the first day you move in but I appreciate that means they're on top of people not just hanging out there. Again Freda was super informative and helpful and tells you all the rules up front. The space is awesome and was super clean.
