Great value is a must, but OUTSTANDING customer service is really what makes this place wonderful. My rental did not go off without a hitch and with a lesser manager this might have been a different review, however, the store manager went above and beyond to make sure I had the best customer experience. Thank you and I HIGHLY recommend!

Upon the first moment of contact this storage facility was extremely helpful, the office manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. My 2 storage units are nice and clean. Overall it’s been a very good experience during a very stressful time. I highly recommend Extra Space and this particular location in Lake Elsinore.
