Is the place clean...Yes. Is the place secure....Yes. Will they raise your price....YES. My rate has gone up 27% since I started here in just over a year. Thats not a typo. I came into my unit at the price of about $80 per month and I just received notice that next month I should expect to pay $102 per month. Of course they'll tell you some excuse for why they are raising the price but had I known it was going to be so much I never would have started in the first place. This will be my last month here. I hate to go back and change what was originally a positive review, but the rate increases here are ridiculous. Six months into renting a unit I received a notice that they would be increasing the monthly rate on us. They increased the monthly rate by THIRTEEN PERCENT. That's 3X the typical annual rate increase for an APARTMENT. Not ok.

Nice facilities but that's the only nice thing to say. Gas was stolen from my boat's tank. Prices go up continually with no notice. $85 to $120/month in about 3 years with no prior notice. Wanted a quote to plan for an RV purchase but Chris would NOT give any price as no spaces available, wouldn't even give a ballpark price for planning purpose. Why, because everyone pays a different price for the same spot I assume, based upon how long they've been raising their rates on the renter. Chris said they change their pricing ever... read more

We had the same issue. They price matched so we signed up, later to find out that the rates constantly go up with out notice. I would not recommend this facility at all,

Even though when we first signed up they matched the price at a different storage place that we originally were going to sign up with. We came to this location by mistake... But they have raised my price twice in one year without notice and don't like to return my calls when I call about it. I will be closing my account, I do not recommend them and will never use them again!
