I booked online for the best deal in town after getting 3 other quotes from local competitors. I called and confirmed the office hours with Freda (store manager). Once I arrived, Freda and one of her associates in the office greeted me and my fiancé with a warm smile. Just got my unit and the customer service was awesome! Freda was easy to talk to and made sure i got the best deal possible! Walked me through everything and the place was clean. Made me feel a lot better about storing my stuff at a place im comfortable with.
The customer service has really improved at this location. Frieda, the new manager, has been helpful to get us in the perfect unit for our needs. She has great customer service and treats her customers like family. She has really taken pride in this facility and does her best to make sure all of your property is safe. I'm ecstatic that she is her and I'm sure many of the other customers are as well!!
I've had a great experience with this facility and it's staff. This place is clean, prices are reasonable and everyone is very friendly. I've used other storage companies locally and this place is by far the best I've done business with. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends for their storage needs!
The process to rent was quick and easy. Chris the manager was fantastic and easy to deal with. Definitely will suggest this place for anyone to rent from.
The process of renting a space was easy. I found an on-line deal that I could not pass up. Chris was helpful and explained rental agreement in detail. I have been looking for a spot for a while now and Extra Space Storage was the place. I highly recommend this facility.
