I recommend freda she is the best she help me with everything. She is super nice and sweet if you live in lake Elsinore I recommend going there

Freda was a big help today 9/1/20 with getting a great space to store my stuff since escrow didn't close on the date they told me. She went above and beyond with great customer service I had chose a small unit but she didn't hesitate to just show me a bigger space for a great price. Thank you for your dedication to what customer service is.

The entire experience with Extra Space storage was great. The local agent Freda was fantasitc. Professional, great persoanlity, very helpful and thorough in her assistance and information. This is the second time I have used Extra Space Storage in very different places and they were super each time. Great to have a competient provider!

Freda is Great!! Very friendly, Awesome customer service & very helpful. I was over charged on my bill. She was able to fix the error and meet my expectations. Very trusting. The lock to my key had broken and she replaced the entire lock with key for Free! Every time, I'm on the premises I always get a warm happy welcoming. Thanks Freda!!

They had great customer service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and they explained everything to me.

Like any last minute situation, I had to rent out a storage unit with very little preparation. I had gone to several local locations only to be greeted with terrible customer service and dirty storage units. When I arrived at extra space storage I was greeted by Freda I immediately felt better. I had so many uncertainties about what I needed. Freda made sure I got a large enough unit. Freda the store manager has been so helpful & found me a unit I was looking for. She has great customer service & I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage. It is super clean area :)
