The service at Extra Space Storage was above and beyond anything I expected. Why did I need personal service to store some furniture? Because I lost the combination to my lock. They very nicely used a bolt cutters to remove the lock, and I used another one which opened with a key. When I lost the key, they removed the lock and very sensibly suggested that they keep the key for the new lock at their front desk. Problem solved! I’d like to write a review for Extra SpaceStorage on 64th and 2nd Avenue. I have a storage box there and go often to store/take out items for my event business. Usually I go with my daughter, but recently I had to go alone. I arrived to the storage and met with Kalisa at the front desk. I shared with her that I was a little nervous to go to my storage space alone. Kalisa was so nice, she accompanied me to my storage and even waited while I stored my stuff. Extra Space Storage in Brooklyn has the kindest, most helpful staff. The manager waited for us to arrive as they were almost ready to close, his assistant helped out with such consideration. I highly recommend this facility.

I've Roslyn Pitt been with Extra Space Storage since May of 2020 and I found the staff storage friendly and kind, helpful, and quick to resolved my issue with HRA and gave me two years of invoices to get my bill paid until I move out April 15, 2022 yesterday and I made sure that HRA paid the bill April 11, 2022 and kept my word to make sure I paid up from HRA because I understand that they storage has to get paid and they where very patient to get the invoices to me until I left yesterday and if recommend this anyone if th... read more

Impeccable customer service, fast responses and great prices!
The staff at ExtraSpace were very friendly and helpful from the time I started booking the unit all the way through moving in. They went above and beyond to guide me through the process. Overall, the space was clean and the unit was what I was expecting. Would definitely recommend.
The nice people and extra space storage have been super communicative very nice and have taken the time to listen to my moving needs. I was given a great promotion a fair price and all the resources were made easily available to me. I feel that my precious personal belongings are in good hands with extra space storage
Move in was super easy! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Units were clean and easy access in and out.
