I've been using Extra Space at Sunset Park in Brooklyn for about 6 months and it has worked out great. I visit the spot at least once a week and the staff is always very friendly and professional. The lockers seem to be kept at pretty even temperatures/ humidity throughout the year, which is important for me. The common areas are always well maintained and there is no shortage of dollies.

My wife and I rented here for the last 5 years. Extra Space Storage on 3rd Ace in BK is the BEST storage unit in the 5 Burroughs. The customer service has always been impeccable and we have never had any problems. We are moving to Cali but we will continue to recommend our friends and family to y'all. Thanks again!

Due to my career I have been using storages professionally for decades. This is hands down my favorite storage facility. Storages are boxes and so nothing special there. Their boxes with doors and they all lock. What makes this place the best storage ever is the kindness and attention of the staff. The staff that are a part of this location is the best I've ever worked with. Flexibility, courteous, and all around great personalities. UPDATE: We removed our items from the storage unit (we used it only for one month as we were in the middle of moving) and again, the guys at the front desk were so awesome (Thank you Jermaine and Stephanie). The facilities are ultra clean, and the whole experience was so EASY. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for storage in the park slope area, or anywhere. Jay was a wonderful, helpful and awesome agent.. I went there for renting a storage unit last week or 2 weeks ago, he helped carrying a cart for me and helped getting me up to 3rd floor by a evaluator, He was very patient with me as a deaf person. We had such a pleasant experience moving our belongings into storage on a Sunday. There was no wait and Tamarra was wonderful and patient. Would definitely use them again.
I used Extra Space Storage after being referred to them by the moving service, JP Urban, that I used. Taryre Cox-Ash was so kind and helpful! She explained everything to me so clearly. Everything she explained with the fees is exactly what I saw on the invoices I received monthly and there was never a discrepancy. Even when I lost my keys, she cut the lock for me! Very helpful. would recommend
