The facility itself is clean; however the customer service in the past 2 years has declined and rates have doubled. It is also very difficult to remove trash from this facility. According to the staff, outside of light trash and broken down boxes all other unwanted items can only be removed via a third party junk service. You must request permission to throw away the light trash - the trash dumpsters are under lock and key. The facility is not upfront with customers about this rule upon signing a contract.

What a rip off!!! I walked into this facility and had to increase the size of my unit I had reserved online on-site... No free months, no deals, unreasonable rates, no negotiation. Even when it was realized that the facility directly next to them was considerably less, they refused to even consider a reduction. 4 months later my rent went up another $30/month. I was a tenant here for several years. I would ABSOLUTELY avoid using this facility. A few years ago, a local business called "Premier Storage" was taken over by a national chain called "Extra Space Storage." Extra Space has figured out that once you move in, the costs of your moving out are inertia. So they raise the rent about 20% every six to nine months. So over a few years my rent just about doubled. Avoid dealing with this company if possible. They have unconscionable business practices. Unreasonable rate increase and ridiculous exorbitant late fees. They also say they mail the rate increase letter but most of my neighbors agree - no they didn't. Staff is rude and refuses to allow you to speak with a manager. They'll just say they're a manager. Don't put your stuff here or you might see it on a storage war show one day. on storage wars one day!

This storage facility PRICE GOUGES! After being an Extra Space customer for a year without complaints, I'm very disappointed to have to be giving them a negative review. Upon signing up for the unit, I was told to expect modest rate increases of five to ten dollars every 6 months. Sure enough, 6 months later my rate increased by ten dollars a month from $128 to $138. Avoid this place -- so many better, cheaper places right around the corner. Rude people work there. No refunds for partial months -- and when you inquire they like to raise their voice and be jerks "too bad so sad". When trying to downsize after a year of being there, they were not interested in giving me the "web rate" (their cheaper rate) or allow me to move out early. I thought I had found the perfect storage space. Extra Space is super clean and the staff is helpful and professional. That being said, I have to concur with several of the previous reviewers to say that they raise your rent every 4 months (1st increase was about 11%). It feels pretty shifty but if you're ok with the constant rent increase then it's a nice facility. I will be moving out asap.

AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!! My rent increased TWICE in the first year and is $50 a month more than it was when I started. Big ripoff, they figure you will not want to pay movers to change companies, but they figured wrong. I will be moving to another company EVEN if it cost me more, as long as I can lock into a contract that does not increase my rent by 25% every year.

Surprise, surprise. Today I got a refund check for $75.80 for half a month's rent that they'd initially refused to prorate. It took many calls and 3 Yelp reviews to finally get them to do the right thing. Ultimately, they did.
