Horrible practice. I was given an initial rate, and prepaid a few months and now the promotional discount is gone, which is fine, but I was initially told that I can lock in the price if I prepay before the price goes up (which will happen 3 months from now) but I canNOT. I called the location multiple times but they say they cannot do anything and they can't give me the initial discount again even though the terms and conditions have no such clauses
