I used Extra Space Storage after being referred to them by the moving service, JP Urban, that I used. Taryre Cox-Ash was so kind and helpful! She explained everything to me so clearly. Everything she explained with the fees is exactly what I saw on the invoices I received monthly and there was never a discrepancy. Even when I lost my keys, she cut the lock for me! Very helpful. would recommend

Eric Munoz and Tayre are extremely helpful and great multitaskers. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have stored my belongings with Extraspace for over 2 years. I recommend this awesome gowanus location for all of your storage needs.

I just want to thank Tayre and Kevon for their dedicated service over the past two years. Having your possessions in storage can be super stressful. Tayre and Kevon are always there to assist me when I need it. They are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I can always count on them to make me feel more secure. Thanks again guys!

I wrote this review on Google+ as well, but I wanted to post here as well. I found myself in a pinch during a gap between moving out of my old place and into my new place, and I was in a complete panic. Not only was Extra Space Storage available, but it was very easy to use. I booked online, got a call right away confirming that I was booking, and was able to ask questions on the phone about when I had to go in person to finalize opening the account. Extremely courteous and helpful front staff... Much cleaner facility than many competitors... Less of a "lockdown" feel... I fully expect them to raise rates every now and then - EVERYBODY does, though, so this isn't a reason to dock stars from this location. (It's a reason to dock stars from this industry, though, and STOP STORING YOUR EXTRA CRAP. GET RID OF IT INSTEAD!) I only needed the space for less than a month. I got a good rate and the staff was very helpful and friendly and place is clean.
