Decent service and nice, secure location, but don't be fooled by the "pro-rated rent." They will lie to you and not give you all the information you need to be an informed customer. I was extremely disappointed and ultimately felt totally lied to and ripped off. On top of that, customer service at the corporate level was horrible. I will not be doing business with this company ever again. Totally unhelpful. Get the first month free, but make sure you get out before you have to pay anything else. This review is regarding the Bay Ridge location on 64th Street, but its a big company and they will all have the same policies. I agree with the other reviewers on cleanliness, professionalism of staff and relatively easy billing system. But read the fine print! They raise my rate every 6 months. Much more than my actual apt rent is raised too! I'm sure its in the contract somewhere, and maybe even all storage placed do this but damn I feel held hostage and they just keep charging more and more. Buyer beware. Its enough now... read more

This place is actually no longer Premier. They've been taken over by a company called Extra Space Storage. I went to rent a space there and everything was fine until they told me that they would require my fingerprints in order to rent to me. There's no way I'm letting some guy at a storage unit take my prints so I left and went to Moishe's on Grand Street. They were nice, didn't ask for anything but a credit card and some ID.
