The staff here is really nice and helpful! I have had a space here for a few years now. For me it's the staff and proximity to my home that has me staying here. The prices always go up up up. That's the big draw back. But I think that's common for the storage spaces in the area. I have always found that the facility is clean and there is always a cart available to help me when I'm dropping stuff off. Right of the bat the associates were super friendly and informative about what options I had. Daniel was super friends and easy to understand when it came to all the options etc.

This facility is very clean and well-lit. The manager, Anthony, is kind and professional. He explained my options to me without any pressure. This is the best storage space experience I've had.

Online was straight forward and user friendly. But, this location had amazing service I'm a teacher so my day ends at 5. I made it to this location just before 6 and the manager (can't remember his name but tall with Red Locs) was truly helpful amazing and kind. Answered all questions and showed me around. And, all in all best prices compared to other storages in the area. Highly recommend.

The facility is always clean. If I ever have any questions Tracy W. Always is there to assist. Tracy is knowledgeable, profession and outstanding customer service kills. Today I was in a jam. Tracy showed me 2-3 options. He helped me secure the perfect unit for my belongings. Now I can move, Yay! He took the headache and frustration out of moving. Tracy is just wonderful! I rarely do reviews on businesses but I'll have to make an exception on this one. Unfortunately I was down on my luck these past few months, loosing my job and going through an awful divorce. Extra Space storage has offered me such an amazing experience througout my duration with them. Chaquita is always so proactive in assisting me with any issue that comes about. I had some heavy furniture that I had no help lifting- her and another employee offered to help me and I couldn't be more greatful. The location is very clean, my storage unit is always left untouched and unscathed by dust or seasonal patricles and even rodents and bugs. What an amazing experience! Chaquita was very professional, proficient and welcoming! She made a very daunting situation seamless and easy to navigate. I had made a reservation at a different facility on the same street, but walked into Extra by mistake, turns out the other facility was rude and not willing to do business outside of their "customer hours" 30 minutes before closing. This place is awesome! I was able to make my reservation and pick up my keys the same day and moved in the day after. The manager of this property is incredibly friendly and capable. I thought she had been there forever, but is only coming up on her second year at this location! Very trustworthy place to store my belongings. They offer many different sizes of units and have a convenient loading dock in the back for unloading belongings.
