ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STORAGE FACILITY!!! Cannot say enough amazing things about this place, the manager John is FANTASTIC! He's so professional and actually appreciates customers doing business with him unlike Public Storage! I moved here after a horrible experience at the Public Storage on S Wabash and John was incredibly accommodating and helpful. This location also has a free parking lot in back! I used this facility for almost a year. The staff is very professional and attentive to their customers only providing nothing but the best service. The space is great! I had a really great experience at Extra Space Storage! I needed to store my stuff for the summer while I worked at a summer job in Maine. It was very clean and the employees, especially John, we not only helpful but friendly and very patient. It has been a very smooth process, and very affordable as well. I will definitely be using them again next summer and I would recommend them to a friend!

This was a great storage solution for our move this summer. John and Steve were extremely helpful, attentive and professional. They were able to accommodate all our needs. The building is undergoing some construction, but it still functioned perfectly for what we needed, storage for our things while we found a new place. Would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage and this prime location to friends.

In my industry (pharma sales), I visit a lot of storage facilities and deal with a lot of managers. In terms of service, this place is still the very best, as is the general manager, John, who has worked here for years.

John and Shon do a great job running this facility. They're very friendly and personable, and willing to work with you to find the best fit for storage needs. For me customer service is key, so if that's important to you, check them out! Always clean and well managed.
