The staff here has always been really great. Taking down a star as they're closed today, our codes didn't work for the lady in front of me or me, and we were able to easily push the sliding door open to gain access to the building. This is a huge security concern that needs to be addressed immediately.

This storage facility is perfect. It's clean, well-maintained, the location is awesome. Martino was friendly, respectful, helpful and efficient and knew how to answer my questions. The access into the building is also secure and easy. There's a free parking lot in the back as well. I wish the elevators stayed open, which would make it easier to load and unload, but that's my only complaint! The price does increase after 5-7 months, depending on the size of your unit. If you are looking for a good storage facility in the South Loop this place fits the bill. Martino helped me with the move in/move out process. Very kind and super helpful! I definitely appreciate great customer service and that's never been an issue here. He got me the best price for the space that I needed. I was pleasantly surprised at the great service experience I had at Extra Space Storage. I've used another storage facility in the past and service was ok. I didn't to really expect much. The customer service from start to finish was excellent here at the southloop location. Martino contacted me once I completed my online reservation and he was very personable and friendly. Fantastic experience so far. We just made a big move from NYC in the fall and we have had our things in storage since. Safe, quiet, and clean. We chose this place based on the reviews and we are happy with our choice. Polite and helpful staff too.

Great service, great employees, very accommodating to my storage needs, and overall extremely professional. We have used Extra Space Storage on and off for about 4 years and have had practically every size storage unit. We have received nothing but the BEST service from John and his staff. The building has been totally remodeled and the facility is so clean and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage needs.
