This place is awesome! I was able to make my reservation and pick up my keys the same day and moved in the day after. The manager of this property is incredibly friendly and capable. I thought she had been there forever, but is only coming up on her second year at this location! Very trustworthy place to store my belongings. They offer many different sizes of units and have a convenient loading dock in the back for unloading belongings. The place is clean and the workers are responsive and friendly. However, they have raised the price on my unit three times in the last year, which is getting frustrating.

I've been a customer at this location for years and I only have good things to say. Like any business there are temporary issues here and there but the staff is always very very accommodating and very easy to work with. They always look to handle any situation that may arise. The facilities are always clean and I feel comfortable coming here for work purposes. The staff has always been kind to me.

This is definitely 5 stars and highly recommended. The customer service by the ladies that work at this location is second to none. They are always very helpful and accommodating. The staff at this location are awesome! I accidentally left an item on the ramp area when recently picking up my Christmas decorations and Chiquita went out of her way to find the item and hold it for me until I could stop by to pick it up...thank you! I have also noticed staff out cleaning up left items or common areas...thank you for the extra effort in keeping the areas nice, clear and clean for customers.

I made the unnerving decision to put my stuff in storage and move back home recently. Moving back home wasn't the hard part - it was leaving my hard earned belongings behind and trusting them in the hands of someone else. The staff at Extra Space put my mind at ease, from helping me find the right unit to meet my needs, to ensuring I understood the ins and outs of the complex. They were patient and friendly as well. I have no doubt that my belongings are in good hands.

The staff here are super friendly and does everything in their power to fit your storage needs. I worked with Marie today after booking the wrong size storage unit online (I had way more items than anticipated). Besides being charismatic and helpful, she stayed late to ensure all of my items fit safely and stored at a great price! Her customer service was exceptional.
