RecommendedA few days ago I called & reserved a space, today I finally went in to finalize the lease & start moving my stuff into my unit, Jerry helped me get set up with everything, Jerry was professional through out, the facility is nice & clean my unit was also clean. Definitely a 5 star review!
Cancelled my rental . Extra space is ridiculously increasing their price. They would be happy for me to do that so they can give the space to a new client with a higher rental price !
Extra Space Storage should honor the price, special and unit size agreed to by the representative in the (800) phone number. They rejected the price, unit and special completely!!!!! They blamed the confusion on the (800) representative and refused to follow the specifics of the first contract. Since I had already moved my things in I felt forced to accept the second contract which will cost me more monthly and I no longer have one free month rental. Unethical service!
