Today, I got a call from safe space storage, checking to see if we had our travel trailer. I have never gotten a call from them, so found this odd. She told me, it must have been stolen and I need to come down and file a police report. I went down there and it was gone. She informed me they have cameras and they would try to review. Also they do not take responsibility for stolen items on their premise. It happens all the time. Warning do not trust your belongings here.

Shady and deceptive with the rates! I do not recommend using this location or any other extra space storage locations at all! They will randomly raise the rates and give a bs reason as to why. There are better places to use, honest storage companies. This one is not! I used them for 7 months and then took my belongings and money elsewhere and I'm glad I did!

This place has been a scam from the start. They had inflated rates due to "demand" when I signed up. But now their rates are substantially lower and yet of course they would never offer any kind of discount to loyal customers. I'll move out to another facility for half the cost. A burden they assume most won't undergo which is why they never return your call to see about lowering your rate. Then there payment processing always seems to not work as others have stated. 3 months after signing the contract, they sent a letter saying they were raising my rate over 70%. So you'll get about 4 months and then need to look elsewhere. Classic bait and switch.

As i stated on google if they would've contacted back as fast after my text as they did when I made the reservation all the aggravation would be gone. Just because the 24 was left off the insurance card which should read 2024. Hell, anyone knows it's a year of insurance. The items were texted on sat and went on Monday only to be told it was wrong. Yet on Sat you tried t use a scare tactic or pressure tactic saying there is only one left. Plus, the price isn't guaranteed. So it could rise the very next month. Just more BS

These folks use deceptive practices to rent space, offering good starter rates which, in my case, doubled three months later. I started at $60/month in April 2023 and got a credit card charge for $122/mo in August 2023. I did not receive 30 days notice of this change. When I inquired about the rate change And lack of notice the manager sent a copy of a notice that he claimed was sent in July, but which I did not receive. He told me to inquire with my post office. In the two years I've had my rv stored here i have had my catalytic converters stolen and at the end of April the whole rig stolen out of their secured facility. Then they had the nerve to raise my rent, when I called to complain ( full disclosure it was more yelling than complaining I was hot at the situation) I was told by the manager there was nothing he could do because it came from headquarters. Trust me your RV is safer in the street in front of your home then in this places care

I don't recommend this place. Got my truck stolen from here after a month of placing it there. Poor security! Don't put anything that you care about in this storage! Spent weeks trying to get in touch with district manger but the on spot manage never put in communication with him. I recommend going to check on your items every week because apparently they only hold 5 months of security footage.

****RENTER'S BEWARE**** They're a bunch of liars. Jerry from Extra Space Storage  in Henderson on Stephanie St. took money from my credit card without my permission. I paid $986 for someone else's unit so it wouldn't go to auction and Jerry the manager used my card to charge their next month's rent for $370 without  my authorization.
