Unhappy with the constant raise in storage rent. I started with a $250 per month lease on a 10'x25' unit. A year and a half later, it is now $318.

This establishment is very dirty and the stuff are very rude. Especially Regina the assistant manager. Every time I ask her for help and or a question she never helps me. I also caught her drinking on the premises and I informed Jerry about it and seemed not to care as well

I've been having my storage here for about 6 months I recently moved out of the state, apparently I can no longer make payments online or over the phone which is inconvenient that it has to be paid in cash and because I am 6 days late I have to pay a $50 late fee and I'm also locked out of my storage. Furthermore I started paying one price and it has gone up since then. I DO NOT recommend this business please go elsewhere they have better rates and are more than happy to help if you need!

Rented an uncovered space here about a year and a half ago. Started at $57/month. Then drifted up to $74/month. I just got a notice it is increasing to $141/month.

Their security system is ineffective and they do not notify you when people are breaking into RV's. Our $100,000 rv was hotwired and driven out the weekend after they had 18 RV's broken into. If they had notified us of the break in's we would have taken the RV camping. We also had $100 in gas and $40 in propane in the rig - along with all our personal items. Store your items in the North end of the Valley - Henderson and Summerlin are theft magnets.

Be VERY CAREFUL about when you give notice to move out. They said we needed to give 10 days notice. So, I gave the notice on the 18th of the month and we moved out on the 23rd. I would have been willing to pay for 10 days after the 18th or the 23rd. BUT my billing cycle dictated that I paid for a full month on the 17th. They CHARGED ME on my credit card on the 17th for the entire upcoming month even though I moved out 5 days after the beginning of that month. They like to hike up rates without properly informing their customers. When you talk to to them on the phone, they act like you should understand why you're suddenly paying $20 more a month for the same unit. My unit was also broke in to and the wall on the side was broken. They didn't do anything about for a month and they never made it seem like it was a big deal that someone got into my unit. I Rented a 30 foot covered RV storage space on March 22nd from Ivan, Paid in advance due to it was the last one available, I never used the space till approximately 3 weeks later when I arrived to put it in my rented space it was unable to fit due to other vehicle in the space in front of me, so I could not maneuver into my space even after several attempts with help from the management they also confirmed it would not fit with the vehicle there. they told me that they would call the renter in front of me and ask if they co... read more

Good facility. Terrible service. I was with them for 5 years they raised my rates every few months. I just called to cancel my storage after move out and they told be they are keeping my monthly rent for this month. Its only the 6th, in every since of the word that is theft. What a bunch of thieves..
