This is the best storage facility in the Bay Area. Jamison, the property manager, is professional, polite, and able to keep things on the up and up. At 1st s nervous about getting a 24-hour access unit, but they have their clients property on lock and make it a top priority without being invasive as to what everyone is doing. Rented a 5x10 unit for two years at this location. Decided to leave after the rate increased again-- my rate increased twice over a 2 year span. This is the main reason for my 3 star rating. Overall, this Extra Storage location is nice. Easy to get to, staff is friendly and very efficient. Feels very secure inside too. My building often smelled like tree and mildew but I didn't mind. We're so polite.It was busy the day I came in but the worker assured me that he would get to me shortly. My locker was upstairs and the guy showed me how to work the lift and how to get to my storage. Super helpful. The area is super clean and nice.
