I give 5 stars to the staff on-site who are incredibly helpful and personable both on the phone and if you need assistance on the property. I give 3 stars however during both of my first 2 visits, there were elevators out of service and then it was very confusing when being re-directed to another building yet I then didn't have the proper codes, etc. We sorted it out but it certainly was an extra 25+ mins each time. It does feel secure and safe.

The location has been my go to when I’ve needed a lil extra storage . Facility is clean, safe & staff are very helpful....
Move in was somewhat easy. For second floor units you have to use a lift, the lifts are bit finicky and hard to close, so this takes some time to sort out. other than that, move in was good, and I appreciated the dollies and late access hours.
