My friends truck and camper were STOLEN from this facility!! Poor security and they didn't even bother to let my friend know their property was gone! I would think twice before I stored ANYTHING here!

You know, I really thought the first time I moved in there that everything would be okay, the staff was great. The next few times that I was there I kept seeing the same people which makes me think that people are allowed to loiter or live there. I have rented from them for 2 years, my rental fees have increased 4 times. They are price gouging customers because of the rental market

I have no problem at all with the staff or the facility--both are great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, facility is clean and in good order. However, I think some of the pricing and policies are a little unfair/deceptive. For example, the customer is required to buy insurance on the unit. Why not include that in the original quote, since you cannot rent a unit without it? Also, if you want any of your money refunded to you for an early move-out, you are out of luck unless you have notified them before your last mo... read more

This place is corrupt it drained my card more than once and I never gave them permission to deduct payment from my card. I prefer to make payment in person with cash. I initially opened the account but never agreed to them taking my money off of my card every month. I never got a call regarding this. It took me a very long time to find work, and I have needed to catch up to my bills and these guys messed me up last month by doing this because they took all my money then too, and i was supposed to make a payment to PG&E and... read more

Reserved a storage unit. Let them know we were emptying our warehouse to remodel, offered to pay in full over the phone and sign paperwork when I got ther because I couldn't get there until 1pm due to a delivery and while I was on my way over on time they rented it out from under me. Now I'm stuck with a truck full equipment and no where to put it. Worst company ever~!!!!!!!

This review is well overdue. I advice to whoever rent a storage unit from this facility get the drive up storage units because the indoor storage units get broken into frequently. When I decided to change my drive up storage to an indoor storage unit. Months later I come to my indoor storage unit to come to find out that it has been broken into when I brought it up to the property management they called the police and they did an investigation and could not find no one going into the units and the police even advised myself ... read more

Got an upstairs unit and the lift didn't work. I called and called the front desk but no one answered, which required me to walk all the way back to the front office. There was only one person there. I told her the problem and she said i needed to wait. The guy she was helping say he didn't mind waiting, but she continued on. I waited some more then I told her I wanted to switch to a bottom unit and I needed to hurry because I was paying the movers and I needed to go to work. NOT SAFE PLACE! - Got items stolen I had a small unit there for the last four years without an incident till this last March that I came back to move out and found that all the items at the front side of the room were stolen. There were not signs of forced entry and the lock was still there. The management refused to check the security camera video arguing that they erase all after 2 months.... WTF!??
