Moving is always a stressful time. The manager, Jerry Conception, was extremely helpful getting us in to a storage space that fit my needs without trying to sale a space that was larger and more expensive than needed. Everyone at this location were helpful and patient at a time were maybe I wasn't the easiest person to talk with. These guys deserve thumbs up and 5 stars for all the help and information with tons of patience. A+++++ service with clean spaces

I had the best experience last week and this week. I transferred units and I worked with Vanessa. She was very helpful and provided exemplary customer service. It made my transfer smooth. It is rare to find this type of service. I would recommend this location to anyone. I plan on using this space as long as I need storage space. Thank you Vanessa.

I had a great experience with Tiandra at the Doolittle location. She has great customers service skills! She treated was very friendly and showed us the units before we made our decision. My husband and I were having a hard time finding storage places, and all the other places treated us badly. When we came to her, she changed our mood instantly! We chose this facility just based on how she made us feel. Thanks again Tiandra!!

This group is awesome. Excellent customer service. Willing to do whatever it takes to help your move go smoothly. We moved cross country and had issues with the movers coming and going. Extra Storage space was so willing to help and were flexible. I highly recommend. I always felt safe while there. We will use this storage facility in the future.

Five stars for the gentleman who helped me in the office (I believe his name was Graham or Grant). He spent half an hour on the phone with me trying to untangle a billing mix up (not their fault but a combination of my bank canceling my debit card to send a new chip card and mine for never updating my contact info properly) and was able to get things back to where they were! The team at Extra Space Storage was very pleasant from my phone reservation to walking through the door. They made sure that my accommodations were met, and walked me through the step by step process of how to utilize their facility. Their prices were reasonable as well, especially after researching many different storage facilities between Oakland and San Leandro.
