The new management team is awesome and they actually care about the customers situation and are there for you along the way. I have rented a storage with this facility for awhile and I love the great customer service i receive. I will refer them to anyone who needs some extra space!

The staff is very helpful and nice. While there are no guarantees, the facility appears safe and well kept. However, after just ~6 months, I got a 10% rent increase without prior notice and it appears from a previous review that I should be expecting another in a few more months. When I contact the local office to ask about the increase, they could give little information. If the next rent increase is similar in size, I may have to start looking around for an alternative.

What a wonderful storage complex. The staff are friendly and efficient. When moving in we needed more space than we originally thought. They were very good at organizing another space just across the aisle. The complex is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

I previously reviewed this storage rental, and now that I've closed out, am giving it a second rec. The staff were wonderful and the space was clean, well-lighted, easy to navigate. They did raise the rates slightly twice during the 15 months I was there, and if you already have renters' or homeowners' insurance you may not need the insurance they want to add on -- it's optional but they push it. But still, as self-storage goes, it's a good one.

Everyone should BE AWARE they raise the rent at every opportunity, not just to cover their costs, but to gouge tenants as they know tenants don't want to move. It's just not easy to move. After 8 years I was paying just over $315/mo for a 4'x20' space. Right now you can move into a 4'x22' space in the same facility for $129/mo. I finally moved out. My friends truck and camper were STOLEN from this facility!! Poor security and they didn't even bother to let my friend know their property was gone! I would think twice before I stored ANYTHING here!

You know, I really thought the first time I moved in there that everything would be okay, the staff was great. The next few times that I was there I kept seeing the same people which makes me think that people are allowed to loiter or live there. (Hi guy in green creepy van, I see you too) I noticed that the grounds were never cleaned, I noticed a Q-tip that just hung out on the stairs every single time I was there. I have rented from them for 2 years, my rental fees have increased 4 times. They are price gouging customers because of the rental market
