The staff at the Doolittle office are great. Very friendly, very attentive and very easy to work with. I have been using them for several years now with no complaints. Place is kept a lot cleaner than other storage places I've rented from. Overall, highly recommended.

Extra Space Storage on Doolittle in San Leandro is my favorite! The facility is nice, clean, secure and easy to access. The best part is the staff. I've had several units there throughout the years and each time it's been a good experience. Most recently, Vanessa assisted me; she helped me save money and get a larger unit to better meet my storage needs. Vanessa, Jerry and Stephan are fantastic!

From the moment I called all frantic because I was moving same day and i didnt realize that I needed a storage but I did! The call went smooth and the storage place is one block away. In which I have used it prior to, and again had the best experience! I was given One month free which was so helpful with a move! My experience at this location was seamless. I reserved my space online, immediately received a digital confirmation and the site staff was diligent in reaching out to me to confirm they'd received my confirmation and welcomed me to the ESS Family. Moving is always a stressful time. The manager, Jerry Conception, was extremely helpful getting us in to a storage space that fit my needs without trying to sale a space that was larger and more expensive than needed. Everyone at this location were helpful and patient at a time were maybe I wasn't the easiest person to talk with. These guys deserve thumbs up and 5 stars for all the help and information with tons of patience. A+++++ service with clean spaces
David was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made this process very smooth for my Father. We will refer to all if our family and friends.
I had the best experience last week and this week. I transferred units and I worked with Vanessa. She was very helpful and provided exemplary customer service. It made my transfer smooth.
