Judy ( I think that's her name. Was very nice and through. I like the way they have the security system to go in and out and activates your alarm as you enter your cod and exit. Felt safe because at first the thought of Sepulveda scared me but this place is clean professional and secured. Word of advice, if a store company asks you what are you storing and ask ..are you storing t.v.'s etc, don't answer that just say " nothing flammable and thats all you need to know. Most break-ins are inside jobs meaning staff.
I am really impressed with this space, clean, secure, and pristinely run by June who greets you with a great and professional attitude. There is easy access and a good location. I highly recommend extra space storage

Only been in less than a month but the process of getting into Extra Storage was quick & painless June was incredible and went above and beyond what normal customer service would do. It's amazing in today's world how rare it is to find someone so kind snd caring that loves her job.
this place is great! and my experience of June couldn't have been better... she has always been most helpful with recommendations and i think this place is fabulous.
I recently moved out due to a relocation. I was a customer for several years, and had multiple units during that time. While the prices are not the lowest, the facility is in a relatively safe and accessible part of the Valley. I like the continuity they have with staffing and my belongings were always safe there. If I returned to the area, I would do business with them again.
Earlier this year I staged my home for sale and with little notice needed storage space for furniture and garage items. Knowing my Mother has used storage facilities for over 30-years I made a quick call to find out who she was using these days. I learned she has been storing at Extra Space for over ten years. Hands down the greatest customer service... Fabulous staff, respectful & caring. June Pavlovits (store manager) takes time out of her busy day to place a friendly phone call notifying me of my upcoming invoice to ensure I would not incur a late fees... I would definitely refer family and friends to this location based on my personal experience!!!
Great facility with great security I feel very secure with my things stored at this facility. I have been a long time tenant here and this place is always clean and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. Professional very helpful always securing our valuables. These people are sharp here they actually are worth every penny they charge over the "other guys" So far I have referred multiple to this location due to great service and security. They rock
