I just wanted to point out to Extra Space Storage that Luis is a major asset to your company! Luis's professionalism and courtesy is superb. I was in a last minute jam and he took additional time to assist and explain small details to me that I haven't thought of. I highly recommend anyone looking for a storage facility to talk to Luis directly!

My husband and I recently stored furniture items here, between moves. Gregg, the manager, explained everything very clearly, and was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and we were happy we selected this facility. It is kept very clean, has many units/sizes to choose from, and was easy for the movers to find, and load/unload furniture. Very good location , one of the best managers to deal with (Gregg), always clean ,large access for big trucks , they have parking for rent as well .

I am very please with this storage. Greg the store manager is very nice. He always helped me when I have a question about my work unit. The storage is clean, and it is just awesome to go to a place where customer service is great. I would totally recommend this place.

We are very happy that we chose Extra Space Storage in Sepulveda Blvd. Everything is very clean and well-taken cared for. You will not see any trash in the hallways. We used to have public storage before but Extra space is waaaay much better. The management staff (Greg and Mark) is great and go the extra mile to make sure the storage is clean and the locks are safe coz they were actually checking each storage locks when we were first checking out the available spaces. I have used storage facilities before; but, this is the first time I have experienced the level of professionalism, friendliness, and sense of relief as we have experienced with June and every person encountered there. I love the cleanliness and security of the facility. They are the BEST I've seen and as good as it gets in my book! I would definitely recommend using their services. mh

I have been dealing with June, at Extra Space Storage in Sherman Oaks, for 5 years now and í must say she is professional, knowledgeable and truly a delight to work with. In the day and age where customer service is almost a thing of the past she is a dying breed. I hope her employers know what an asset she is to their company.

I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Sherman Oaks for a VERY long time. First and foremost, June (the manager) is what has kept me here all of these years. June and staff provide excellent customer service and the facility is always VERY clean. If you are looking for a place to meet your storage needs, you should definitely give June a call at Extra Space Storage in Sherman Oaks. June will advise you of all options available at Extra Space Storage to best meet your storage needs.

The place is a bit pricey for my budget, but worth every penny of it! The staff is so helpful with my various challenges, I would have moved to a cheaper facility long ago, if it was not for June and Larry! The facility is very safe and clean. Highly recommend it!
