I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Sherman Oaks for a VERY long time. First and foremost, June (the manager) is what has kept me here all of these years. June and staff provide excellent customer service and the facility is always VERY clean. If you are looking for a place to meet your storage needs, you should definitely give June a call at Extra Space Storage in Sherman Oaks. June will advise you of all options available at Extra Space Storage to best meet your storage needs.

The place is a bit pricey for my budget, but worth every penny of it! The staff is so helpful with my various challenges, I would have moved to a cheaper facility long ago, if it was not for June and Larry! The facility is very safe and clean. Highly recommend it!

I've dealt with several storage companies in the past, in California, Arizona and Nevada and let me tell you, this location is by far the best I've dealt with. I've been storing items at this location for about 15 years now and it has always been maintained properly, cleaned and have never had any major issues. June is the manager and she is great. This is the cleanest most well run storage facility I've been to, and I've been to MANY! Great alarm and surveillance and amazing staff. June is great!! She took time to evaluate my needs and give me what was appropriate, not try to up-sell me. Was thinking of going to a competitor because they were a bit cheaper. Glad I didn't because you can't by piece of mind and great customer care!

Extra Space Storage has always been my storage space for the past 15 years. I've moved many times, throughout the years, and I always come back there. Besides knowing that my belongings are safe, with surveillance cameras, the staff there has always been so friendly. June has been there since day one, 15 years ago and she's the friendliest, sweetest person you'll ever meet. This isn't just a business, it's more like an extended family. FIVE STARS for GREAT SERVICE, CLEAN UNITS AND TOP SECURITY WITH A FAMILY FEEL "June" is a really good person. She lives on location at the Extra Space Storage facility in Sherman Oaks and manages the place like an experienced Captain, running a tight ship. June was friendly and helpful every step of the way. The location has exceptional security, with cameras throughout and a pin code that sets and disarms an alarm on your personal space. Every part of the location and 3rd floor is immaculately maintained, organized, and clean. I read the other reviews. Yes, the location is adjacent to a bird sanctuary.
