Everyone that works here is so nice. So customer service is 5 stars. Why are you closed on Sunday though? People work during the week and Sunday is usually a moving day. It was so hard to figure out when we could get our stuff out since we had to do it during the week before 7. Yes. They close at 7 each day.

The place is about ok. Prices are expensive. Make sure to choose a unit close to the sun light or you would not find anything inside your unit because you are unable to see. They made small units along the hallway that limit your accessibility so make sure to have enough money to pay for the outside units. Limited employees if you ever call there is no body to answer your calls so they always return your calls when you are not available to take them.

I'm writing this review based on the customer service alone. Ash was super friendly over the phone and took the time to search all of their locations for a better price. He explained the surging prices and even offered me some great promos. Unfortunately this place was way out of my budget but the fact that this guy was so nice to me, means that I will use them. One day. When I can spend $420 on a storage unit LoL

I felt absolutely happy leaving my household items at this lovely facility! The company showed great patience when showing me a variety of differently sized units. Indeed, nothing was too much trouble! A great experience with this company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!
