Stay away from this place. I've had my unit there for 3 years, and my rate has gone up 5 times. I also had two units for two of those years. And, their hours SUCK.
I'd recommend avoiding this place. I agree with much of what the other reviewers have posted: this place could be great due to it's location and the friendliness of the staff, but the hours and ever-increasing monthly fee completely negate any of the good. As another poster mentioned, this place is only open during typical "office hours" during the week and on a limited weekend schedule - an almost impossible schedule if you work a "regular" job. Location is awesome, but their hours simply suck. If you have a day job you will not be able to get there - they open at 9:30am and close at 5pm, and on the weekends they close at 5pm on Sat and 2:30pm on Sun. These are the gate hours, which are the ones that matter - they won't let you in even if the office is still open. On the other hand, the two in Arlington (about a 15 minute drive) are open all week 6am-10pm. Beware of this place. The advertised deals have fine print that they fail to mention until after you move in. The online payment system does not work properly if you have more than 1 unit. The hours are ridiculous. The only reason they merit even 1 star is the people that work there.... who are nice while powerless to make even the smallest decisions.
This location has serious pest control issues. When I was storing my furniture there one of the employees told me they had rat problems on the first floor and part of the second floor, but that the forth floor was fine where I was storing my furniture. When I returned in two months to pick up my furniture, I found that everything in my storage space had been INFESTED WITH BEETLES.
