They lied to me and told me that the rent wouldn't increase for at least a year. Guess what? It went up $50 within 4 months. They know this. It's bait and switch to get you to sign up and move in with a lower rate, and they know it's a hassle to move out once you're in. This location smells of human feces inside, there are homeless living inside the units and the staff doesn't seem to care. Not reccomended.

Never in my life have a been so disappointed with services not only was my employee harassed racial profile in front of my son but the demeanor of this representative William Smith was so rude and unprofessional to my employee and to my son to belittle them and to harass them. How does this place have 5 stars? How many of these reviews have they paid for? My unit has never been broken into, and my stuff hasn't been damaged. Those are the bare minimum for a storage place, and these are the only two positive things about this facility. - I've literally never been able to use a cart here. I just threw my back out hauling 50 lb boxes to my unit bc there aren't enough carts, and they allow people to use as many as they want. - They raise the rent every time they can.
