My experience for Extra Space Storage has been awesome. From booking the storage unit to checking out, everyone I've worked with there has been sooo NICE. Ryan the manager called several times to confirm my unit, and also provided me numbers to call in case front desk person was showing unit around. If you talk to him, you can just tell he's a good guy. The day I was going in to book my unit, I had called and let front desk know that I might be late. He assured me he'd wait, and it's ok... I stored my belongings here for a few months while in the process of moving. This place has amazing customer service. I really did a lot of research before choosing this one, and in the end, this place exceeded my expectations. Every interaction with management and other employees was absolutely fantastic. Payment was also very easy. The place is clean, secure and they have many perfectly functioning carts to help you get your stuff in and out. I have stored my belongings there since November 2015 . The manager, Ricky Corado has been very, very, helpful, polite, and very patient. There is plenty of parking, ample enough to accommodate large trucks. Very secure place including going in and coming out. It is clean, there is a large elevator, and many carts to move one's belongings with. It's conveniently located on the west side, and accessible at all hours to help my needs. I have rented a storage a time or two in the past and honestly this facility is awesome! Ricky and Michael are so kind and were able to help me time and time again. Yes, you will pay a little more than other storage facilities in the area but the convenience and cleanliness of the storage grounds makes it worth it. You can pay online or in person and the staff are always willing to assist you with any questions or concerns.

The manager was pleasant and helpful in guiding me through the storage leasing process and showing me around. The facility is clean and small enough to get things to their places easily, and the location can't be beat, either.

I used this place for storing files for work. What a difference compared to Public Storage! The prices are high compared to other places in the county, but hey, it's the Westside and Santa Monica so it's typical. The staff are super nice and there's plenty of parking. There's also a loading dock which makes moving quick and easy. The only downside is that it's on the south side of Olympic, so if you're coming from the east, you're going to have to drive past and make a u-turn.

I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage! The facility is new, clean, safe and convenient. Michael set me up quickly, was knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this facility when selecting your storage needs.

Extra Space has come through for me yet again! I set up my first storage unit there with Michael's help a couple of months ago. The facility is well maintained, access hours are incredibly convenient, and staff is very helpful. When I needed a second storage unit at the last minute today, Michael came through with flying colors. With movers on the clock, he set me up quickly with a unit that worked perfectly. Five stars, well deserved!
