This facility is the best storage place I have ever used. Terri made moving in so easy and convenient. She was professional and friendly. She was available whenever I needed something. She went out of her way to work with me when I was moving out. She keeps the place super clean and it always smells good. I felt safe going to my unit at night whereas that has not been the case at other storage facilities I have used. Ryan is a gem. I've used other storage elsewhere by this company and sadly, Ryan's responsive, friendly touch is sorely missing there. I mean, other locations are awful compared to Ryan's organization on Olympic.

Thank you Scott for all the help. I have to bring up the professionalism the manager Scott provided while I had my storage unit with Extra Space Storage. I chose this place because of their cleanliness and their customer service. When I walked in I was welcomed with a smiling face. Accessibility from parking to storage units was awesome. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to have a smooth process between checking in and checking out. The awesome service and cleanliness was a huge plus.
I've worked with Ryan, Jude and Scott at this location and all three were consistently knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Scott went out of his way to assist me when I was moving out. Overall, I had a great experience at this location.
The manager Jude is awesome! She really took the time to show us the storage spaces and let us pick the one we truly want. No upselling. And she gave us the internet price. Truly a wonderful experience. As for the storage, ExtraSpace has been our go-to place. Their storage locations are always clean and well-maintained.
