This is an okay storage solution if you're not in need of temperature control. Staff are cheerful and helpful. It's clean inside, the elevator works well, and there's a larger roll-up door when you have a pallet full of stuff. Sometimes it can be hard to find a dolly--especially if someone has a moving company there, because they hog everything. A couple notes: the interior walls are pretty cheap drywall. Was a customer here for several years. Thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I originally moved in with the previous owners. Completely smooth transition. Ryan was especially helpful in my navigating all of the new labeling, etc. I would recommend this facility because it cheerfully delivers everything as advertised. There is ample secure parking and a loading dock to accommodate a straight truck.
Best storage place on the Westside! On-site manager Ryan is super patient and helpful to make the entire process/experience as pleasant as possible. He addressed all our concerns and was very accommodating all-around with explaining the move in/out process and all the various options. Would highly recommend!!!
Great management team! Always hospital, considerate, and willing to work with you to address any issues (i.e. Late payments/access issues) Well maintained site: clean inside (hallways; restroom) & outside (parking area); pretty well lit Would love to have 24-7 access to storage and/or dumpster area, but I understand why those features are not offered at this location. Used these guys on two different occasions during the past three years, and I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

My experience for Extra Space Storage has been awesome. From booking the storage unit to checking out, everyone I've worked with there has been sooo NICE. Ryan the manager called several times to confirm my unit, and also provided me numbers to call in case front desk person was showing unit around. If you talk to him, you can just tell he's a good guy. The day I was going in to book my unit, I had called and let front desk know that I might be late. He assured me he'd wait, and it's ok...
