I haven't actually rented from them. But I did want to comment on their customer service. Especially Frank. After inquiring about storage units, the follow-up was outstanding. He knew I did not need a unit right away but he did call and inquire on the status of our need, offering us new units that had become available. From this experience, I might think they would accommodate one who is renting from them. Thank you for being conscientious Frank!

I wanted to leave this review because of our positive experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is conveniently located in town with a very secure feeling having a strong gate. Our storage space was very clean and easy to locate. And the office staff were very courteous in helping me with my questions.
