By far this is the best staff I’ve come in contact with that shows Aloha. I was greeted with a smile and she went right into helping me out fast service, friendly and very professional. The gentleman that showed he where my locker was located also, was friendly and very helpful. Location is great and knowing that the places is secured with 24/7 security cameras and someone on property made us feel comfortable. There hours work great for us. We are happy that we chose this place.

There was a little issue upon booking my original unit, however the issue was quickly resolved and I have been since moved to a perfect unit for me and my things. The staff here was very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. And the facility itself is also clean and well organized. I had a great experience here!

The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I have used extra space on three occasions to remedy short term storage issues. The facilities are easy to use, clean and safe. I would not hesitate to come back.

Every single interaction at Extra Space Storage was exceptional. The staff is attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I did not know how to access the space when I first arrived on site. I called the office for assistance and Karl walked all the way over to my unit to help me. He took the time to show me how to operate the lock and gate for the unit and stayed to answer all of my questions. I’m so grateful for the superior service I received!
