The people are kind and courteous. The advertising and pricing is false and misleading, and probably subject to a class action lawsuit in the future. For example, it say "half off you first month rental" but...BTW, you must pay a $22 signup fee AND you are REQUIRED TO PURCHASE insurance. And that is a minimum monthly charge of an additional $11! They gave me a move in special* half off first months rent. Then charged me a mandatory insurance of $10 plus a $20 admin fee. Administration fee? What is that for??? I feel a little jipped like things are not what they seem...this is a mandatory $30 I wasn't planning on spending just for them doing their job. Quite a racket. Also their air freshener in the office is so overpowering.. I feel like saying " just because it smells like cherries doesn't mean it's clean". Ug.
