Do not trust their rates, they got me in with a "web special", subsequently they've raised the rate 4 times in 1.5 years, up 50% now from when I got that ever so "special". They continually monitor competition rates, so that everybody can get equally screwed, with no added value. All scam, all the time.

Two stars given to this specific business because of the unacceptable customer service. The golden rule of the customer service - the customer is always right. Do not argue with me and start bringing your point of view if you don't see mine. The manager is a mean spirited woman. Otherwise it's a convenient location and it is reasonably clean.

Very rude in the front office! My wife kept telling me this, and I assumed she was exaggerating as she tends to be dramatic, but when I went in, I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional , treated me like dirt, I was born around the corner from here and my whole family has been born and raised here, and just shame on this place! Stay away okay !!! We don't treat locals like this here !
The people are kind and courteous. The advertising and pricing is false and misleading, and probably subject to a class action lawsuit in the future. For example, it say "half off you first month rental" but...BTW, you must pay a $22 signup fee AND you are REQUIRED TO PURCHASE insurance. And that is a minimum monthly charge of an additional $11! So ...here is your 40$ off the first month, but we are charging you 33$ extra as startup charge and monthly insurance. This policy seems to me as false advertising, phony upcharging ... read more
They gave me a move in special* half off first months rent. Then charged me a mandatory insurance of $10 plus a $20 admin fee. Administration fee? What is that for??? I feel a little jipped like things are not what they seem...this is a mandatory $30 I wasn't planning on spending just for them doing their job. Quite a racket.
