I haven't needed a storage unit in a long time, but after helping my mom pack up and move from her house of 30 years, it seemed like a good time to invest in one again. Staff is very professional. They helped me choose the best promotion and were very patient and friendly. The unit was clean and nice. There isn't a lot of parking but I never have an issue when I stop by- there might be one other vehicle near me. There is parking close to my unit. The climate control works well. It's well-lit (in the hall only- not the units). Negatives- I believe as you rent your price is raised over time. I do know that the initial price you sign up under can vary greatly. Amazing customer service and a super clean secure facility. I would highly recommend this company to anyone on Maui. With excellent convenient locations at Kihei and Kahului, I used them both and never had any issues or complaints.
Quick response! Fair prices. Great customer service from a woman named Jolina, was extremely helpful finding the right size unit I needed to store two pallets and accompanied my associate during the delivery. If I need help or just have a quick question Jolina has been there, willing and has exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

I got great service this week when I rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Kahului. All my questions were answered and I was quite happy with the professional and friendly customer service rep I had. The facility is clean, well guarded and secure.
Easy sign up. Facility safe and clean. I think we talked to all the gals there and found each one of them to be friendly and helpful. Easy to get in and out of - and the location is so convenient. I got around paying for their insurance by providing them a copy of my homeowners insurance which shows my possessions are insured where ever they are around the world.
