Staff are very friendly and courteous. If the rating was on staff alone, I would have given a 4. However, as I am partially handicapped, and for an upstairs unit. This would not have been so bad if it weren't for the fact that people are not allowed to ride in the lift. So, after putting my things in the lift, instead of going up the stairs right next to the lift where they should be, I had to exit the bldg, walk down the road to where the stairwell is, go up, walk passed my unit to the lift, etc etc... 1) VERY inconvenien... read more

We checked out of our condo in the morning and needed a place to store our luggage until our 9 pm flight. We didn't want to leave our luggage in our rental car while we went shopping. Found this place online and called them. The call was answered by their regional rep. They got my information and helped me make a reservation at their location closest to Kahului airport. How do you waste $500+ a month? Get a 10' x 20' storage unit like we did. While it wasn't my decision, the spouse wanted to store crap, I mean treasures, here. They offer convenient drive-up units like we have or ones that you access via a hallway. All units are "climate controlled" meaning the building is air conditioned with the tops of the units open which lets in some conditioned air. We decided to rent a small unit last minute and the process was quick and easy. Gretchel provided us with a warm welcome when we walked in the door, showed us a couple of units so we made sure to rent the correct size and completed the rental process efficiently.
