yes , I wanted to start off with saying that the ladies in the office are fantastic. Never did I ever have any problems with them. But im sorry to say they are working for a crappy company. I had a storage unit there approx. for a year. Then all of a sudden I received a rent increase notice. That was fine, I expected 10 to 20 bucks a month, But No, they increased my rent 80 bucks all at once, this was bullshit. I currently have a storage here BUT will be moving soon. About every 4-5 months my storage bill continues to increase!!!! The first couple increases I was like okay whatever...but now I'm like okay this is getting ridiculous!!!! Staff are nice & it's a decent place BUT increasing my bill 10+ every other month is insane!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.....When I moved I noticed A LOT OF THINGS MISSING. So I filed a claim with the insurance that extra storage makes you have while Your renting but they are useless. If you have experience the same thing please reach out to me..... I'm speaking to attorney once I have enough people that have rented from this facility with the same problem. Let's not let them get away with it.

I called what was apparently the call center for a last minute storage unit. I was told by the lady to try to make it before closing time at 6PM. I managed to get there exactly at 6PM with my newborn baby and the only person willing to help me move my things into a storage unit. The lady in there has her clock set 3 minutes ahead to inform my friend that it's 6:03. Stay away from this dump!! Went with my step-dad to help them move there stuff out of there and into their new home. When we got half way through their things we saw RAT DROPPINGS AND PEE EVERYWHERE on their things. The rats also were chewing through boxes and some dining chairs!! When my step-dad went to the office to ask the lady to come take a look, she said she was with a customer and would be right out, fine. Over charged me over priced charged me a fee to cancel a storage that I never wanted and they made me get in the first place. They scam you out of money. I wasn't even late and they charged me a late fee. STAY AWAY!!!!

Let me start by saying if I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I rented two units that were side by side but separate. All seemed well and fine until one day I cleaned out one of the units and went to return the key and inform them I only need the one unit. That's when I am told that those units are a package deal and I cannot rent just one of them. They tell me I will continue to be charged for both! How ridiculous!
