Cindy Lou is GREAT! I was putting some things in my space, and used my phone to take a picture of what is in the unit. Set the phone down on the bumper of my car while I locked up the unit, and proceeded to get in the car without grabbing the phone. The phone fell off the bumper as I exited the driveway of the business. I drove back as soon as I missed my phone, but did not see it. Cindy-Lou was a great help! This is my first time renting a storage unit. She walked me through the process, and made my options known to me. I feel confident in my storage choice amongst the others in the area.

I've had a storage unit here since December 2020 and I had 0 problems during that time until present. It was super clean and I never worried about any rodents or bugs getting into my things and upon moving my things out, I was able to confirm that all of my things were still intact and not damaged. Cindy-Lou was extremely helpful when first getting the storage and with the process of moving out. I no longer need a storage unit anymore, but if I ever do, I'll definitely be coming back here.

Cindy Lou was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions we had. I recommend this storage to anyone who needs a little extra space.
When mom had to move (rather suddenly) into a nursing facility, I had to clear out her apartment. Showed up with a truck full of stuff and got a unit on the spot. 6 months later when mom sadly passed, I showed up and cleared out her things. Staff made calls to upper management to get my final bill (on auto pay) pro-rated and refunded. Many thanks to Cindy-Lou!

The employees are courteous and helpful and the facility is fine but the prices are a bit high! I started at $199 for a 10x15 ft unit, in 2016. The rate has increased every 6 months. We are now paying $357! I hadn't planned on storing our furniture for so long but I can't change that.
Cindy is awesome and amazing. She is pleasure to speak with excellent communication and has gone above and beyond in assisting me. The grounds are immensely clean and feels secure. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway with ease to get here. Excellent first experience on the phone and did a personal walk thru with the unit.
