We used extra space storage while we were in between home moves. The process was really convenient. We were able to handle things over the phone, including the switch out from a 10x10 bigger unit to a 5x10 smaller unit. We had to move out of our house quickly and needed a large storage unit. The staff were always responsive and helpful. Despite the area around the storage unit being a little scary, I always felt safe inside the gate. I never worried about my stuff. Everything is so clean and the staff patrols all the time. They are friendly and helpful. They lent a hand sweeping up ( and lending a broom) when we moved out. Thank you!!
