We had to move out of our house quickly and needed a large storage unit. The staff were always responsive and helpful. Despite the area around the storage unit being a little scary, I always felt safe inside the gate. I never worried about my stuff. Everything is so clean and the staff patrols all the time. They are friendly and helpful. They lent a hand sweeping up ( and lending a broom) when we moved out. Thank you!!

It was a pleasant experience renting our storage unit. Cindy Lou was super helpful in walking us through the process and ensuring we got everything we needed. She was super friendly. The facilities are incredibly clean.

My girlfriend and I had visited three other storage locations in Manteca and none of them had any availability. Luckily, we tried visiting here and received awesome customer service! Cindy-Lou, the owner who lives on site, was the sweetest and super helpful! She was able to get us a storage unit at a great price with ease! The storage units are nice and clean, and it's located fairly central in Manteca. Would definitely recommend!

Really great storage unit, didn't have to keep checking in on it, the place is well maintained and very helpful staff. Wish I didn't have to move out but if I need to come back this is the place to go!!

The Lady in the office Cindy Lou was very helpful!! I lost my key and she got me in my unit on the spot!
Great place to store your stuff! Clean, safe, managers on site are very helpful and friendly. Every time I've been there they have been out on the grounds and made it a point to check to see if I needed anything and that I was okay. So not only are my things safe there, I feel safe no matter what time I go there!
This place is amazing, the lady at the desk is very helpful. I believe this is the best storage place in Manteca.
