I love the customer service I always receive every time I do business at this facility & with the employees here. Everyone is always friendly & helpful. Cindy-Lou is the perfect example of Great customer service. If you need a place to store your belongings, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage

Fast account setup and was able to purchase lock and begin moving my stuff in within half hour of arriving. Clean and quiet and this location has never been broken into or vandalized. I got an indoor 5'x5' unit for $39/mo + $15/mo for insurance.

We needed storage really quickly in October. I don't remember her name, but she was very helpful. She was very patient with us and showed us around a handful of units and assisted in which size would be best for us. Also, she knew exactly what fit our budget and found the right unit for us. We were only there for about 3 months, but I felt the place as a whole was very clean, friendly and safe. Thanks for helping us out and I'm sorry this review took forever to get out! Appreciate all your help!

So far so good. Got a 5x10 unit they are very clean. Was recommended by a family member. The only reason why I'm dropping it from a 5 star rating to a three star rating is because the price on my unit has gone up two already! Don't know why, maybe because they don't want people there longer than a year and they increase the price in order to kick the customer out. This is our first time ever renting a storage. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and wanted to look at the unit sizes. Cindy Lou, the manager, was great. I never thought renting a storage would be so exciting. When we first got there we were the only customers, all of a sudden there were so many people in the office, it was out of control. I never knew I'd have so much that I'd have to rent a storage, BUT I'm so glad this place is in town. I came here & from the moment I arrived, I was treated so well. Roberta is so helpful when you're not sure what size you need , and Cindy Lou is an owner that comes, says hello, & will greet you with a hug if she sees you at your unit!!! They are the best, & I'll always recommend them to anyone that is looking for storage!!

I visited the site in Manteca to get quotes from the women (who I think is the Manager) there and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She is a joy to talk to which helped to make my decision on which storage facility to rent with. I will be renting soon.
