just had a great experience with the agent that was working today. Took the time to show me some units last week and I came back today to take a final look and I booked a unit. He gave me a great price and great customer service. Thank you so much.

The cleanest, best maintained storage facility I've used so far, and I use them alot, all over SoCal. Gate access is the most convenient I've seen as well. Great job on the part of the management team!

Finally found a storage that's open later closes at 10pm. I hope they make it 24 hours but 10 pm will do for now. Megan and Christine are awesome. Right from the point of time from when we called, until the time we arrived to the storage facility, everyone along the way was very helpful and informative. The unit was clean and secure. They have a good friendly and professional team. We look forward and feel confident that our storage needs are met at this location.

I've been a loyal customer for 15years. Unfortunately, with the unit price increasing in January, I can no longer afford to stay here. Customer service has been extraordinary with Christine and Meagan! I highly recommend storing with Extra Space Storage.
I have been renting storage at Extra Space in Beaumont for more than 20 years. It always has been a good experience, managers helpful. Today Christine helped me with a particular situation, and she was excellent. Answered the phone right away, reviewed my issue, found a solution and promised to call me back when it was finalized.
