I had a wonderful experience. Very easy and professional! I recommend this location very much. They took great care of me and listened to my needs and worked to meet every deadline I had. The property is very clean.

So far, so good. We haven't gotten our things moved in yet, but Jamie and her staff have been great in getting us set up. The property is neat and tidy and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

We were looking for a storage near where we just moved. Pricing is unbeatable and the staff is over the top helping to make your choice what you need. The payment options can't be beat and insurance is included with your rent. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The gate hours are exceptional. We checked around and this facility beat all others in every way. They treat you like family and answer all questions you have regarding their storage. We recommend them highly. The facility is also very clean and well lit.

That's crazy I've been renting a unit here For Over a year started at 150 then with out any notice raise it to almost 300 then i told them and they pretended they had no idea why it was raised double the amount they negotiated to 215-220 and now I'm seeing they raised it back to almost 300 what's wrong with you guys!! What's stopping me from getting a family member have it put under his name and get it for cheaper your supposed to look out for your old customers not your news ones and no I won't take this down until you guys... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady is rude at the front desk seems like she doesn't want to do her job, I don't blame her I wouldn't want to work there either. Also people park their cars right next to the gate so it's hard to get in . Staff sucks service sucks and really expensive for a small room that can hardly hold anything. Getting my stuff out asap

Staff & accessibility are totally fine and respectable, no issue there. Pretty much only reason I picked this place is they were easy to work with face to face. The cost however is concerning...I have only had a unit for a couple months and my dues are going up almost $100 dollars! I find this extremely alarming that within just 2 months, Extra Space is up charging me in such a drastic amount. Most likely will be finding somewhere else to go now. I've heard peoples rates go up every 6 months and maybe by $20 here and there ... read more

I am letting everyone I know by word of mouth to never put their stuff in Extra Space storage. Christine the manager was awful and lacked humanitarian skills. What goes around comes back around and karma is not so nice. I hope Extra Space Storage goes out of business and I hope Christine loses her job.
