I rarely write reviews, but people thinking about renting here deserve to know the truth about this place. Not long after we rented and put our stuff into our 5 x 10 unit, it was broken into and some very sentimental items were stolen. They have no cameras and basically the lady said it happens all the time and there is nothing they can do about it. Also, the rent started at a reasonable rate, but went up each year. This last year it went from $85 to $125 per month a 32% increase. If you rent here, good luck.

This review is a follow-up to my last review back in 2018. We had all our items stolen from our storage locker!!! The thief was smart as he/she cut the lock but left it on the storage unit. The storage facility notified us in early January 2019 when they discovered the cut lock. However, since the facility manager discovered this quite by accident, we had no way of knowing when the thief cut the lock and stole our possessions taken. I called on a Sunday and asked if they have a 10x10 available same day. The person that answered the phone said they do have 10x10s available but the rental office is closed on Sundays. I said ok and hung up. They lost a lease so quickly...just a few seconds in to the call. The weekend (including Sunday not just Saturday) is when people have time to or squeeze time in to their busy schedules to secure a storage unit and move stuff to storage. No worries though, I will find another place open on a Sunday with a 10x10.

So I had everything moved out prior to the month of December and was given the "exit" receipt. This company was pretty quick to withdrawal the funds for December. For being there about 5 months, I did notice that their automatic withdrawals were a little inconsistent on the days they withdraw the funds. For December, they did it pretty early and the gentleman that worked there said the refund was being processed. 18 days, and no refund. They are terrible here, when you go in to open a storage they'll tell you how they're the cheapest storage place around, they're not, and they raise their prices continuously. Jamie is extremely rude and talks down like you're a child. I highly recommend going to a different storage place.

This place has TERRIBLE service. They rarely answer their phones. They will raise your rates. Their door locks on the actual storage don't line up, therefore its nearly impossible to fit a lock (which was also purchased here). I do NOT recommend this place whatsoever.

Mariska was so rude.and was being sarcastic, she needs to work on her attitude. I even feel like changing storages ,now that I feel inappropriate as a customer.
