The online booking option seemed great, but it turned out to be glitchy and difficult. It took multiple attempts, but we did complete it. Then we got confirmation emails and our card was charged. However, today when we call to arrange move in, there is no record of our purchase. Though the charge is there on our account. I tried chat support, but no one answers.
