I have been renting storage at Extra Space in Beaumont for more than 20 years. It always has been a good experience, managers helpful. Today Christine helped me with a particular situation, and she was excellent. Answered the phone right away, reviewed my issue, found a solution and promised to call me back when it was finalized. I thought it was a great deal when I first got it but then little by little they started raising the rent....and no improvements. No mirrors on the corners so you don't know if there's a car coming... I actually witnessed an employee driving one of the golf carts collide with a car coming down the isle.

They we're all great to work with. Best customer service I've dealt with in a very long time. They made this whole process so easy for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit.

We decided to move to Beaumont and needed a secure, safe and clean place store our belongings. We called several storage places but they had no units available or there price was too high. Extra Space marked all the Bowes for us. They're centrally located, great prices,very clean and secure. I'll definitely call on them again when I need Extra Space. Ken Sutton
